Corn house contributes to Jilin's tourism

A house made of corn cobs was recently built at Erhe village, Shulan, in NE China's Jilin province in traditional and typical northeast rural house style, offering tourists some experience of traditional life in NE China. About 30,000 corn cobs were used in its construction. [Photo/Xinhua]

The corn house is one part of a program to build a set of NE China style properties to promote tourism in Erhe Village. As winter comes, more winter tourism projects will be launched. More than 20,000 tourists visited Jilin province in the winter of 2016. [Photo/Xinhua]
