13 Guangzhou companies listed China's top high-tech 50

Thirteen Guangzhou companies have been included in global accounting and professional services supplier Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 China.

Deloitte China launched the Technology Fast 50 China program in 2005 aiming to rank the top 50 leading high-tech companies in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao based on three-year average revenue growth.  

The number of Guangzhou-based enterprises in the list has doubled compare to that of last year, with a total of 21 companies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on the latest list.

Guangzhou Fengei Network Technology, with three-year average revenue growth being 7,481 percent, ranks second on the list following Wuhan Douyu Network Technology whose three-year average revenue growth was 70,776 percent.

With the list is a report for the Deloitte Technology Fast 20 Guangzhou, which shows Guangzhou's role as an economic powerhouse and the city's increasing trends in innovation. The report also unveiled the fast-growth momentum of the city's IAB industries, which refers to the industries of the next generation of information technology, artificial intelligence and biological medicine.
