The Chinese Rowing Masters, one of the highest level water sports events sponsored by China's General Administration of Sports, wrapped up in Xiamen, Fujian province on November 12.
The two-day event attracted more than 500 rowers from 40 teams from across the world, who were predominantly students from universities including Xiamen University, Jimei University and Taiwan’s China Culture University.
In addition to the races themselves, the captivating views of Xinglin Bay where the event was held were also a highlight of the event.
Xiamen, a port city in Southeast China, has grown to be a hit destination for water sports events such as kitesurfing and elite triathlon series.
