Zhanjiang came fourth in the ranking of 2017 Chinese Famous Winter Tourist Destinations recently released by Global Competitive Organization, China Institute of City Competitiveness and Hong Kong magazine – City China.
The list compiles data across seven indexes, including climate, landscape, ecology, tourist facilities, support services, activities and reputation.
According to the group, famous winter tourist destinations refer to those cities with a mild temperature, proper air humidity and wind speed, plus fine air quality, which will give tourists a comfortable travel experience in winter.
