The 2nd Inner Mongolia Tea Art Competition was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Oct 31.
The competition, jointly organized by human resources and social security bureau of Hohhot and Inner Mongolia tea art master association, attracted more than 60 tea art enthusiasts from cities of Hohhot, Baotou, Ulaanqab, Bayannuur and Wuhai. The youngest participant is 17 years old and the oldest is 54 years old.
During the opening ceremony, the tea art performance Seven Bowls of Tea, adapted from a poem written by Chinese poet Lu Tong, and other shows allowed viewers to appreciate the charm of tea art.
The public welfare competition will attract more people and educate them on the skills of tea art and promote the tea industry in Inner Mongolia.
