Hubei Tri-ring Auto-Electric Appliance Co Ltd, located in the Wuhan Zhuankou Economic and Technological Development Zone, a national economic and technical zone, is a subsidiary of Tri-ring Group Corporation, the leading auto machinery enterprise and the biggest special purpose vehicle and auto parts manufacturer in Hubei province. 

The company was founded in 1969 and has matured into a China Automobile Electric, Electrical Machine and Electric Appliance Industry Top Ten Enterprise, a National High and New Technology Enterprise, an Enterprise Technology Center in Hubei province and a domestic key auto parts manufacturer. 

The company has a highly educated, qualified and experienced research and development team undertaking the nationwide product work of DPCA, Dongfeng Nissan, Chang'an Suzuki, Changhe Suzuki and other customers. Similarly, it participates in the development of Chery, Chang'an, Geely, JAC and other brands. Its approach is to develop synchronistically, design systematically and supply in a modular format.

The company has four research and development centers and one research center. They are a passenger vehicle electric appliance research and development center (Enterprise Technology Center of Hubei province), a commercial vehicle electric appliance research and development center (Enterprise Technology Center of Shiyan), the Anhui research and development center, the Beijing research and development center as well as an auto-electric research center cooperating with Wuhan University of Technology. Moreover, it has two electric appliance laboratories, one for passenger vehicles and one for commercial vehicles.

The company develops, manufactures and sells switches, locks, valves, horns and other electronic products.

With a modern production base, top-ranking production equipment and thorough inspection means, the company has capacity for product assembly, plastic injection of parts, casting, stamping, spray-printing, mould processing and related production capabilities.

The company always adheres to the policy of "Improving continuously, striving for perfection, creating first-class products, and satisfying customers", and devotes itself to quality system construction. It has passed ISO9000, QS9000, ISO/TS16949, ISO/14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications successively. Some of its products such as its horns and locks have passed CCC certification in China, E-MARK certification in Europe, ICAT certification in India, VSCC certification in China's Taiwan and INMETRD certification in Brazil.

The company has established a long-term stable supply-demand relationship with more than 30 rapidly-developing domestic OEM vehicle makers that have pretty good market prospects, including Dongfeng, FAW, DPCA, Geely, Chery, JAC, Chang'an, Volvo, SAIC-GM-Wuling, BYD, JMC, Changcheng, Changfeng, Lifan, Zotye, BAW, Sinotruck, Shanxi Heavy Duty Truck, and Chongqing Hongyan. Its products have been sold to Europe, South Korea, India, Iran, Vietnam, Egypt and other countries and regions.
