The first "China-LAC Cup" International Football Invitational will kick off at the Zhuhai Sports Center on Nov 6, a prelude to the China-Latin America & Caribbean International Exposition from Nov 9 to 11.

Reserve teams of Santos Futebol Clube and Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense will play against Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao Football Club and Guangzhou R&F Football Club through Nov 10.

Santos Futebol Clube, commonly known as Santos or Peixe, is a professional Brazilian soccer club based in Santos, a coastal city of São Paulo. It was founded on April 14, 1912 under the initiative of three local enthusiasts.

Since then, Santos has become one of Brazil's most successful clubs, lifting the trophy of two Copa Libertadores and two Worldwide Club Championships. It became the first and only team, in any category in the world, to reach the milestone of 10,000 goals on Jan 20, 1998.
