Founded in April 2005, Wuhan TS-GSK Auto Parts Co Ltd is located in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei province.

TS-GSK is a joint venture invested by Japan's TS Group and Taiwan's GSK Group in April 2005 with a registered capital of 9 million dollars. It covers an area of 33,868 square meters, including 22,733 square meters of floor area. 

The company specializes in producing seats and interior trim and other components for automobiles. The products are mainly supplied to Dongfeng Honda Motor.
