Badminton championship attracts participants from Inner Mongolia

An autonomous region-level badminton championship opened in Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Oct 6, attracting participation of more than 500 players from 37 teams, according to baotounews.com.cn.

Initiated in 2009, the badminton championship has been successfully held for seven consecutive years. It is Inner Mongolia’s largest and most profound badminton event.
