Sanmenxia recently held its first exchange e-commerce meeting, gathering over 300 outstanding talents and e-commerce companies from all over the city to participate, according to a report by Sanmenxia Daily on Oct 9.
The event was hosted by the China Communist Youth League of the Sanmenxia Municipal Committee, Sanmenxia Municipal Bureau of Commerce and state-owned postal service provider China Post's Sanmenxia branch.
China Post showcased its building of 14,000 square meters of storage centers throughout Sanmenxia at the meeting. The regional postal operator has served over 200 clients and sent nearly one million parcels as of August.
The meeting served as a good opportunity to address many policy-related and operational problems in express delivery services for e-commerce enterprises.
