Fuyao automotive glass production base improves productivity

Six new production lines have settled in the Fuyao automotive glass production base in the automotive industrial park in Tianjin's Zhangjiawo town. Another six lines will settle there before Sept 30, and all 12 production lines will be operational at the end of 2017.

They are expected to produce 45 million automotive glass items in one year, and to create an annual production value of 3 billion yuan($453.1 million) and revenue of 200 million yuan. They will also be the source of 1,800 employment positions.

The Fuyao automotive glass production base, established by Fuyao Group, covers 270,000 square meters and carries an investment of more than 1 billion yuan. It produces all kinds of automotive glass.
