Baotou students won the silver award at a national-level innovation and entrepreneurship competition which recently concluded in Xi’an, Shaanxi province on Sept 18, reports Baotou Daily.
Four teachers from Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology –– Zhang Bo, Han Dongnan, Wu Peng and Wang Jiajia –– gave guidance to the award-winning project targeting accommodation and tourism services in a grassland area of Inner Mongolia.
Also, another three projects from the university won the bronze award, marking further progress in the school’s achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Starting on Sept 16, the third China College Students’ Internet + Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition attracted the participation of 2,241 domestic colleges and universities with 370,000 innovation and entrepreneurship projects. A total of 119 projects entered the national finals competition.
