Wuxi business diaspora returns home for big meeting

Zhang Zhongda, president of the Australia Wuxi Chamber of Commerce, said he was proud to see more and more Wuxi people and companies appearing in Australia.

"I'm also delighted to see the ever more welcoming business environment in my hometown," Zhang said.

The 18 projects signed at the event, which covered fields such as smart technology, environmental protection and social welfare, demonstrated Wuxi's attractiveness to foreign investors and talent in a different way.

For example, Wuxi Machinery and Electron Higher Professional and Technical School joined hands with Canadian vocational schools to cultivate specialized talents with cross-cultural backgrounds.
