A delegation headed by He Xinxing, Party secretary of Hechi, and mayor Tang Yunshu visited the 14th China-ASEAN Expo on Sept 13 to seek cooperation.
Aiming to promote trade among China, ASEAN and other countries along the Belt and Road, the expo took place in southern China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region from Sept 12 to 15.
The delegation toured the specialty and equipment stands of Hechi, and held talks with local enterprises, including Bama Lifelong, Jiuqianwan and Guangxi Hongchi New Energy Automobile.
In their talks, Hechi exhibitors were urged to seek more cooperation with high-quality enterprises to help propel local economic development.

With an investment of 5.3 billion yuan ($809 million), the projects will cover healthcare, ecological tourism, infrastructure, new energy and commercial logistics.
