Desert control through the years on display

Diagrams and graphics are on display in Ordos, an exhibition focusing on China’s achievements in desertification control and earth reclamation over the years.

Organized by China’s Ministry of Forestry, the event is part of the 13th Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 13) to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) currently being held in Ordos.

The exhibition aims to showcase the history of China working on desert control and successful cases and experiences in efficiently combating barren areas.
