Guiyang, Qianxinan establish agricultural cooperation

Two cities in Guizhou province, Guiyang and the Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture, plan to cooperate in promoting the sale of local agricultural products.

Guiyang, capital of the province, has great market potential and geographical advantages. The city often purchases vegetable, meat and fruits from cities in other province, according to Vice-mayor Liu Yuhai.

Liu added that Guiyang will strengthen cooperation with Qianxinan to help sell local agricultural products and contribute to the poverty alleviation efforts in the autonomous prefecture.

Guiyang plans to invest in building a processing base and cold chain logistics system in Qianxinan to improve the sale of local agricultural products.
