Rare earths used in Baotou bus batteries

A bus equipped with batteries containing rare earths stops for a passenger in Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Sept 6. Baotou launched the city’s first buses equipped with the advanced batteries this year. The buses can run for 50 to 60 kilometers after being charged for just 10 minutes. [Photo/Baotou Daily]
