Promoting service cooperation between Jilin and the world

The 11th China-Northeast Asia Fair Service Trade Conference and the 2017 Changchun International Service Outsourcing Industry Summit is to be held from Aug 30 to 31.

Themed on "Openness, Cooperation, Sharing", the conference will undertake various activities, including forums and negotiation meetings on service trade with South Korea and Japan.

Construction of industrial parks, the broadening of service programs and cultivation of talents will also be included at the forums.

The conference has four highlights: first, it invite target customers interested in Jilin's service trade industry to exchange ideas and negotiate on further cooperation with an approach of being "open, efficient and pragmatic".

Second, industries that can promote Jilin's development such as agricultural and information technology and artificial intelligence will be highlighted.

Third, specific issues in the development of areas like the Changchun Hi-tech Zone and Jingyuetan Park will be discussed.

Fourth, an investigation group of more than 40 people from Zhengjiang province will visit Jilin to inspect its industrial development environment, which will promote in-depth commercial cooperation between the two sides.

Commerce department of Jilin province expressed the hope that the conference will not only expand the influence of the Jilin service trade industry by strengthening exchange and cooperation of the industry at home and abroad, highlighting its advantage of being the center of Northeast Asia and its fashioning of a new mode of service trade development, but will also contribute to healthy, sustainable development of Jilin's overall service trade industry.

The goal is win-win cooperation of the service trade and the service outsourcing industry in Northeast Asia.

More than 200 people, including officials from the Ministry of Commerce and the government of Jilin province and the governments of Japan and the Republic of Korea, as well as representatives from various fields, will take part in the event.
