M-Grass leader of ecological restoration sector

Guests participating in the 17th Forum on Internet Media of China visited an industrial park of an environmental protection company on Aug 26 in Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

M-Grass Ecology & Environment (Group) Co Ltd is the only listed company in China that specializes in ecological restoration, seed technology and state-of-the-art grass cultivation.

Restoration of desert areas has always been a big problem in Chinese ecological construction. M-Grass was set up to improve the ecological environment.
With major operations, including ecological restoration and the cultivation of different kinds of plants, M-Grass has now collected more than 1,700 kinds of grass seeds, the most complete collection in China, and 100,000 soil samples.

M-Grass has also built 10 ecological research institutions, including one studying drought-resistant plants and another studying grassland ecosystems. The company also has mastered technologies in wild plant domestication breeding, landscaping and ecological restoration.
