Over 80 residents entered Erenhot immigration inspection station on Aug 19 to experience the life of a border police officer.
Erenhot border police introduced the border between China and Mongolia, and discussed the importance of building boundary monuments and entry-exit inspection stops.
Locals met patrol dogs, took part in military fun activities, and visited the living quarters of border police officers.
The event aimed to allow people to find out more about entry-exit inspection and quarantine work, improving communication between the police and the public.
