Sanmenxia attracts innovative talents

The office of the leading group for Sanmenxia human resource development announced its intention of attracting high-caliber innovative talents on Aug 23.

Sanmenxia is searching for elites and teams with scientific attainments, social influence, or innovative capabilities in establishing enterprises or scientific research institutions with technologies, different projects, and funds.

The introduction primarily covers key industries and Sanmenxia's people's livelihood, to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and develop new emerging industries. Modern finance and urban planning are also involved.

The office also issued incentive policies. High-calibre talents or teams can have an allowance of 1 million yuan ($150,000) at most for resettlement and an annual living allowance of 100,000 yuan. Besides, there were preferential policies for housing, spouse’s employment, and children’s education. The office also set special funds for the industrialization of projects.
