Condo-business sales open at Poly Times in Shizimen

Poly Times Central Plaza is nearing completion in the Shizimen Central Business District (CBD) and real estate sales commenced at a temporary marketing center on Aug 20.

The commercial condominium complex project at the intersection of Yinwan and 1st Tonghang roads of the CBD in Wanzai will have floorspace of more than 345,000 sq m and consist of residences, businesses, and office buildings.

Site selection took into consideration the traffic environment, according to a project head. The plaza is rather close to Gongbei, Hengqin New Area, and the Zhuhai-Macao Cross-Border Industrial Zone ports. There is easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao and Jinhai bridges, and Guangzhou-Macao Expressway.

In addition, it is in the neighborhood of superior support facilities such as the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center, Sheraton Hotel, Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and MGH Hospital China.

The complex is a partnership project by Poly Real Estate Group Co Ltd and Times Property Holdings Ltd, which together began an earlier development in Jinwan's Aviation New Town.
