To woo more tourists in other promising tourism markets, Vietnam has organized similar promotional event in two other Chinese cities — Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and Nanchang, Jiangxi province.
More than 7.2 million foreign tourists visited Vietnam in the first seven months of 2017, up 28.8 percent from the same period last year, according to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam.
