An exhibition of modern and contemporary Chinese artworks opened to the public at Genghis Gallery in Hohhot on Aug 6, with nearly 200 pieces of original works displayed for local art enthusiasts.
The art exhibition, prepared for over two years, was organized by the Arts Association of the PBC School of Finance (PBCSF) at Tsinghua University, an Inner Mongolia alumni association from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and the Inner Mongolia Artists Association.
Built in 2012, Genghis Gallery is a private arts museum that is absolutely free and open to the public. The gallery provides a platform for painters, sculptors and carvers from Inner Mongolia and even across China to showcase their creations and passion for the arts.
