Inauguration of Hohhot’s first Manchu cultural museum

The opening ceremony for the Hohhot Manchu cultural museum is held on Aug 15 in Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The Hohhot Manchu cultural museum has an architectural area of 1,700 square meters. On display are Manchu folk-custom, files, clothes, porcelain and paintings. Inner Mongolia is home to nearly 500,000 Manchu people, and Hohhot is the city with the largest population of them. [Photo/hhhtnews.com]
