A consortium of Zhuhai Yuegong Xinhai Transportation Co, Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge Shuttle Bus Services, and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Land Transportation (Macao) Corp has won the contract to operate shuttle buses serving boundary crossings on the Pearl River Bay bridge.
Following the opening and evaluation of bids, the results were posted on Aug 15 by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transport on its official website. It joined hands with transport agencies of the Hong Kong and Macao SARs in opening the bids on June 15.
One line will serve passengers between Hong Kong and Zhuhai checkpoints, while the other will run between Hong Kong and Macao cross-border facilities.

Provided are 90 to 140 forty-five-seat shuttle buses for daily operation, with up to 30 standing by. Buses of different capacities are allowed.
Zhuhai Public Transportation, Jiuzhou Holdings and a subsidiary of Guangdong Transport are also members of the consortium, according to sources.
The tender results will be posted for three days.
