On Aug 11, the 2017 Dalian (Lushunkou) Fishing Festival opened in Chenjia village, Lushunkou city.
The festival, which will last one month, has a 0.8 square kilometer area for boat fishing, 10 boats and 50 fishing spots.

Chenjiacun Fishing Harbor is located at the southern tip of the Liaodong Peninsula and at the foot of Laotie Mountain, where the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea meet.
With the sea on three sides, Lushunkou has a 169-kilometer coastline and abundant marine resources.
