Wuxi eatery offers 'soup wontons for the soul'

At the Warm Home Taste, 88-year-old resident Huang Yuying became the first person to take a receipt from the wall to get a free bowl of food.

"All-for-one-and-one-for-all is a great action in modern society, and I will offer 20 bowls for others," said Huang.

The restaurant also has other plans to do good. It donated its entire turnover on its opening day—1,062 yuan ($158.5)—to relief efforts at the Sichuan Jiuzhaigou earthquake area.
