Lushunkou models new pension community

Lechunxuan has just experienced its one-year anniversary. Currently, the retirement community has 239 households, and is completing pre-sale of 330 pension membership products.

Lechunxuan is the largest pension community ever operated in China. Located in Lushunkou, it targets retired people over 55 years of age. The project covers a total area of 600,000 square meters, with a total planned investment of 7 billion yuan (approximately $1 billion).

Operating on a membership system, Lechunxuan provides standardized care services such as medical treatment, health management, recreation, travel and social participation. All of its accommodation may only be rented, not purchased. The facilities and human services at Lechunxuan are designed with an older clientele in mind, and offer a unique human relationship and community culture. 

In recent years, Lushunkou has attached great importance to the development of the modern service industry, and especially the health pension industry. A good natural ecological environment is the biggest advantage for that industry in Lushunkou.
