Migrant workers compete in skills competition

A competition tryout was held in the Jinchengjiang district of Hechi, on June 29, for the approaching fourth Migrant Worker Skills Competition of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

Over 200 migrant workers from all walks of life were in attendance. The competition focused on nine special professional skills including baby-nursing, elder-care, electric welding and cooking.

Stand-out competitors were rewarded financially according to four prize levels, with the very top competitors advancing to final competition as representatives of Hechi.
