Li Bohu: World Intelligence Congress used Tianjin assets to its advantage

Li Bohu, the academician at the China Academy of Engineering and an expert in computer simulation and the computer integrated manufacturing area, recently said that "The age of 'Internet+artificial intelligence+big data plus' is coming, and that intelligent manufacturing will be key to all industries."

"In the age of Internet+artificial intelligence+big data plus, which will demand "Innovation, green, openness, sharing, and uniqueness",the core technology is newness in application of the internet and information communication, and use of new energy, new materials, new biotechnology, and new applications. China is a global manufacturing power, but its manufacturing industry must be transformed and upgraded.

According to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development plan, Tianjin will be a national advanced manufacturing base. In order to develop artificial intelligence, Tianjin will set up systems for technological innovation and talent cultivation.

"Tianjin recently held the first world intelligence congress, which took advantages of Tianjin's location, resources and industries, and was a key breakthrough in implementing 'Made in China 2025' and the Belt and Road," Li added.
