A total of 59 investment-investor matching programs were signed and sealed at the Sixth China (Guangzhou) international Finance Exposition (GZIFE) held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou, from June 23 to 25.
GZIFE is one of South China's largest and most influential financial events. This year, the expo featured 18 exhibition areas, one forum and nine sub-forums, covering a total area of 40,000 square meters.
The first day of the expo was highlighted by a series of roadshows, displaying innovative projects in the fields of new energy, intelligent transportation, medical devices, biological medicine and supply chain logistics.

The investing and financing platform, a cooperation between the Guangzhou government and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, was also held in a special area. It has organized 13 roadshows so far, and has played a great role in matching investment and projects, promoting 65 high-tech enterprises in Guangzhou, according to Li Guiyuan, an official from Guangzhou finance's bureau.
Some 10 financial enterprises and institutions, including the International Finance Forum (Guangzhou) Co and Fosun Health Co, signed agreements to set up new operations in Guangzhou, local media reported.
