More points opening to charge green ride-share cars

Little Cola Technology Co Ltd will open electric charge piles for WarmCar shared-use vehicles at discounted fees, according to an agreement signed with Guangdong Southern Intelligent Transportation (GSIT) Co Ltd on June 22. 

WarmCar is described as a new-energy ride-sharing rental platform providing environmentally friendly, convenient, and comfortable urban intelligent travel services.

GSIT is a major car-sharing provider in Zhuhai with 143 vehicles and 45 parking spaces. It has gained popularity due to reasonable price, ease of operation, and insurance coverage. Customers can catch a ride by simply tapping the app on their smartphones.

Little Cola's 360 charging piles will be switched on available for WarmCar users, giving better choices and optimizing the distribution of shared-use cars, said a spokesman for GSIT.

At present, there are more than 800 charge piles in Zhuhai, most of them owned by Little Cola.

The company has 13,000 piles across the country. An executive of Little Cola said they will take steps to cover more cities with vehicle-sharing systems.
