Steps optimize Lushunkou business environment

Since January 2017, new rural work conditions have been created in Lushunkou district following supply-front structural reform. 

The agricultural park has been continuously promoted, as the district plans to earnestly implement the comprehensive rural reform policy, boost the structural adjustment of agricultural industrialization and elevate the construction level of modern urban agriculture. 

The supporting role played by agricultural science has also been highlighted. Technical training of agricultural laborers will be prioritized in order to generalize and implement new techniques. 

The integrative development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries has been put into action. Methods like utilizing agricultural leading enterprises, combining agriculture with tourism, or create e-commerce platform for agricultural marketing sales are now implemented. 

Future steps include reforming rural collective property rights. The government is committed to carrying out their administrative duties in strict accordance with the law, deepen rural comprehensive reform, and ensure the legal protection of laborers’ rights.
