Business informatization seminar held in Shenyang

The First Shenyang Industry Cloud Development and Application Seminar was held in Hunnan New Zone on June 13, with the aim of providing a solution to help small and medium-sized businesses become informatized.

The seminar was held due to small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in Shenyang experiencing operational difficulties, as traditional informatization systems are costly, complex and have a low rate of return compared to modern informatization technology and products.

Over 20 businesses covering such sectors as auto parts, equipment manufacturing, chemical engineering and metals gathered at Hunnan New Zone with experts on industry informatization to seek a low-cost solution.

Experts from domestic and overseas businesses on enterprise application software, involving SAP, Beijing AVA Technology Inc, Shanghai Huicheng Information Technology Co, and Shenyang-based NEUNN shared their opinions on new digital transformation models from aspects such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and intelligent manufacturing.

In addition, SAP and NEUNN jointly launched the SAP Business One software based on the services of NEUNN’s industry cloud and data service platform at the seminar, with 10 businesses qualifying for a 15-day free trial.

The service platform will play an important role in helping small and medium-sized businesses decrease the cost of informatization and improve their core competitiveness, said Zhao Bin, a manager of NEUNN. Zhao also claimed that other types of trial software will be provided for businesses in the future.
