The Huafa Boutiques Mall is to be constructed in Jinwan Aviation New Town over the next three years at a cost of 183.38 million yuan ($27 million), it was announced after an environmental impact assessment.
Compared to the Huafa Mall in Nanping Town, the new structure will provide an upgraded shopping environment with higher-level commodities for sale.
Located in the residential area of Jinwan District's West Lake region and encompassing business areas and support facilities, the mall will occupy 58,483 sq m with total floorage of 119,755 sq m. The project's green rate will be equivalent or greater than 16.5 percent, with a plot ratio of 1.25.

The building will have four floors of above ground commercial areas, and an underground parking and facilities area. According to the construction schedule, the project will be completed by February 2020.
Once constructed, the new mall will provide better shopping, entertainment, and dining services for Jinwan Aviation New Town residents, according to Jinwan Party Chief Yang Huabin.
Jinwan has also gotten a fruits and vegetables market in town, providing better facilities for residents.
The shopping mall is also to serve the residents and working staff in the neighboring industrial areas such as Gaolan Port Economic Zone, Aviation Industrial Park, and other industrial zones, a spokesperson pointed out.
