Chinese speech contest for foreigners sets positive tone in Wuxi

After fierce competition, Fan Yijie and Zhang Qi stood out. They will continue to show their talent at the final contest held in the province's capital of Nanjing in mid-June – at a larger stage and to a broader audience.

The next two elimination stages of the contest, to be held in the province's northern and central parts, represented by Xuzhou on May 24 and 25 and Nanjing on June 1 and 2 respectively, are also ready to raise their curtains.
