Pingtan builds high-end marine fishing resort

A total of 20 traditional local stone houses are planned to be renovated into marine-themed homestays, conference rooms and cold storage facilities.

Some small items including abandoned fishing net and driftwood will be incorporated into the homestays to enable visitors to experience the city's unique marine culture.

Catering and entertainment zone

A 350-square-meter catering and entertainment zone with a maximum capacity of 100 people shall be established, providing tourists various food and drinks. There will also be special zones tailored for barbecues, campfire parties and kids'playgrounds.

In order to offer tourists more convenience, a 10-square-meter wooden cabin equipped with tables, chairs and beach umbrellas shall also be included.
