A cooperation memo was signed between the cities of Xi’an and Qingdao on May 12 to promote logistics supply chain services.
According to the memo, Xi’an and Qingdao will jointly introduce promotional policies for freight services between Xi’an and Qingdao. Customs inspection and quarantine services will also be improved to guarantee logistics and supply chain integration between the two cities.
Li Yuan, deputy mayor of Xi’an, said at the signing ceremony that the cooperation between Xi’an and Qingdao will play a significant role in promoting the region’s economic development.
