Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, is to see new progress in its sports industry with the autonomous region’s first soccer training base to settle in the city, according to local media.
The training base will be constructed at the Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, with the total floorage reaching 33,000 square meters.
Work on the training base is expected to begin in 2017.
Themed centers and facilities will be added to the building, including a physical fitness training center, a medical rehabilitation center, apartments for athletes and coaches, and two standard futsal soccer stadiums.
