Model workers to promote the spirit of the craftsman

Wang Shiliang, a technician of the Inner Mongolia North Heavy Industries Group, won the title of Craftsmen of Baotou. Wang is a typical example of someone who keeps learning and practicing his skills to make his way up the social ladder. He has won other national awards, including the National Labor Award.
