"Compared to other cities in Jiangsu province, Wuxi residents already have a higher sense of security. For example, in 2016 Wuxi topped a list of cities evaluating citizens' sense of safety and 96.29 percent of Wuxi residents believe the city to be safe and secure."
Another positive for the city is that 97.14 percent of residents are already happy with the city's current legal system, which is 1.82 percent higher than the Jiangsu average.
"Building Wuxi into a more secure society with an improved legal system has become one of the most important tasks for the regional government," Xu said.
The state of the art educational base was put into use on Nov 30, 2009, and has been at the forefront of preventing construction crime in the Jiangsu province city ever since. It is fitted with numerous education spaces, meeting rooms, and even offers a live link to a Wuxi prison for the sake of holding learning sessions with those currently serving sentences for related crimes. In 2013, the base was listed in the 100 best educational bases of its type.
