The brand effect of the Yellow River

Nine provinces along the Yellow River including Qinghai, Sichuan and Gansu have forged closer ties in recent years, aiming to establish the biggest regional tourism cooperation in China, with the support of China (Sanmenxia City) International Tourism Festival of the Yellow River.

The city of Sanmenxia is an essential feature of the brand effect of the Yellow River. The Yellow River Tour tourism alliance was set up in 2010 with the aim of combining resources to promote tours, both “historical and cultural” and also “ecological”, to the domestic and overseas markets.

During the upcoming 8th China Expo and the 19th International Tourism Festival of the Yellow River, the tourism industry will continue to play a vital role, and the tourism alliance conference and travel agency cooperation union will continue to boost the tourism cooperation among the nine provinces and consolidate the branding of the Yellow River tours.
