About 1,000 Wuxi police officers went for a hike near the Shangxianhe and Gonghuwan Wetland Park on April 22, World Earth Day, to advocate environmental protection.

Getting used to be seen at various well-organized and high profile sporting events, including the recent 2017 Asian Table Tennis Championships and the 2017 Wuxi International Marathon, the police this time turned themselves from event guards to participants.

Divided into a 5 km starter group, a 10 km standard group and a 20 km challenge group, the officers hoped to polish their relentless and undeniable devotion to their work and to promote a healthy, energetic and harmonious lifestyle.
