According to Wang Chunji, deputy Party chief of Pingyuan town, all the service stations are equipped with a government service guidebook, and local residents are able to refer to the book to find out the required materials, processes and service times, in relation to the specific services they are seeking.
In order to ensure service quality, a special monitoring room has been constructed in the Pingtan Administrative Service Center to enable real-time management of the 15 town-level service stations, claimed Miu Qiaoxia, an official from Pingtan bureau of administrative examination and approval.
