Harbin establishes rehabilitation center for disabled

A rehabilitation center for the disabled has been established in Heilongjiang Hospital for Sailors (HHS) to provide professional rehabilitation services to people with disabilities.

The rehabilitation center was established through joint efforts by the Hulan district government and HHS.

The HHS is the only designated medical institution in the province to provide rehabilitation services for the disabled. It boasts advanced medical equipment and technology.
People with disabilities are expected to enjoy improved services thanks to the establishment of the center.
