Event marks World Book Day

The day marked the 21^st World Book Day, an annual event organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), to promote reading, publishing and copyright rules. Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner is a banner under the administration of Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
