People from all walks of life recently gathered to see a grand photography exhibition held in the Guizhou provincial government compound in Guiyang city in southwest China’s Guizhou province.
The exhibition showed Guizhou’s rapid development over the past five years, with the aim of making people more confident in the province’s future.
After appreciating the photos, college students talked excitedly with each other and expressed their ambition to continue to develop their hometown in the future. Some even volunteered to be exhibition guides for other visitors.
Sun Yihang, a visitor to the exhibition who works in the Guizhou provincial government laboratory, said that deciding to work in the province was the most important choice of his life. He said he had witnessed Guizhou’s great recent achievements and encouraged people to continue their efforts to build a new Guizhou.
Yang Mingming, deputy director of the Information Center of Guizhou Provincial Civil Affairs Office, insisted that it was necessary to make the best of various community organizations to overcome poverty.
People at the exhibition all expressed strong hope in Guizhou’s bright future.
