A Baotou-based company was among the 34 businesses recognized for quality and integrity according to a list released at an inspection and testing forum held in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, reports Baotou Daily.
Founded in 1988, Inner Mongolia North Hauler Joint Stock Co is now a leading company in the R&D, production and sales of mine trucks. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 2000. The company is nearing its goal of becoming a global leading mine truck manufacturer with 28 years of experience and stable revenue growth.
The company, located in Baotou, the largest industrial city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, covers an area of some 1,000 mu (66.7 hectares) and has an annual production capacity of 1,000 mine trucks.
The forum, hosted by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, opened on March 30. The forum centered on quality inspection and the construction of credit systems.
