The Shenyang-based subsidiary of China Southern Airlines launched a new route linking Shenyang in Northeast China’s Liaoning province to Yan’an city, Shaanxi province on March 27, to satisfy increasing demand from leisure travelers, Xinhua reported.
The newly-launched flight runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The flight takes off from Shenyang at 9:10 am, makes a stop at Qingdao city in Shandong province and then returns at 2:35 pm from Yan’an.
To provide better travel services for Shenyang residents, China Southern Airlines launched four tour itineraries to satisfy the demands of different types of travelers, including a three-day journey and a five-day journey both starting and ending in Shenyang.
In addition, China Southern Airlines also launched travel routes covering the neighboring city of Yan’an, in a bid to offer more tourism destinations for Shenyang tourists.
